Eleanor uses 'a wide-visioned teaching method' * to teach individual violin lessons to children and adults in London, from beginner to advanced level. She also teaches for the charity 'London Music Masters' in Jubilee School, Brixton.

With over fifteen years teaching experience Eleanor has an encouraging, positive and patient approach and tailors the lessons to each pupil's learning style.

She uses Kodaly principles for teaching musicianship and incorporates singing and games into the lessons. At more advanced levels Eleanor specialises in teaching Baroque repertoire.

'Thank you very much for your lessons. I really appreciate your many kindnesses to me and teaching me with a lot of patience. I've learnt so much from you, not only how to play violin, but also how to live with music; I feel now that playing violin is equal to finding enjoyment for myself and for other people.'
